Refund policy

Changed your mind? You can request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order. Because we produce in small batches, every order is made for you once you place it. If your order has already entered production, we may not be able to cancel it — but we'll always make it right with a reshipment or store credit. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND Contact us with your order number. Once approved, refunds go back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. LOST OR DAMAGED ORDERS If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, we'll reship it free or refund you — your choice. Just send us a photo of any damage. Please allow up to 48 hours for a response — we produce in small batches and demand has been high, but we read every message.
